The first edition of the much-awaited Odisha Craft Odyssey (OCO) Exhibition opened at the prestigious Lalit Kala Akademi, Bhubaneswar, on 5th September 2024. This unique exhibition was inaugurated by Smt Pravati Parida, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha & Minister for Mission Shakti, Women & Child Development, Tourism as the Chief Guest. MP Smt. Anita Subhadarshini joined the event at the Guest of Honour.
The residency artists from different parts of India showcased their craft at the exhibition. This event was a tribute to Odisha’s bell metal workers who have kept this ancient craft. The exhibition is all set to open for the public on 6th September 2024 which is going to curatorial presentations and artist presentations as well.
