Bell Metal Artisan

Aditya, born in 1975, says there is the need of minimum 3-4 people ideally for making one tasko(types of bowl). The kansa work is not operated in the rainy season as the metal reacts with the moisture and becomes red, killing the shine of the metal. Per day they make 8 pieces of taskos with 3 craftsmen working. If they gather as 5 men, they can construct upto 20 pieces per day. Mostly 3 types of taskos are made. They are big, medium and small tasko gina. Baithi were also made up here in Ganesh Nagar.
