Born in 1962, he closed his shala 20 years back. He sells Kansa utensils on his cycle from door to door. He covers 2-3 villages on a daily basis. His father was a kansa artisan at Bhuban. Murlidhar inherits the knowledge from his father but uses it to inspect, buy the refined products and sell them directly to customers.
