From Bhuban ,Sushant Sahoo is aged 38. His father, Bhagwat (Baidhar) Sahoo, 77 years old, was also in the same profession of crafting bell metal. Sushant has a team to work for him. In return he provides them with all facilities from raw material to marketing their products to wholesalers. His shala is 15 years old. Sushant and his men work on an agreement basis. The team mostly makes Bhuban bellas (containers) and Sushant sells them to Kundapatna , Kabatabandha Villages of Jajpur district. The working team of Sushant includes Ananda Sahoo (B.1983), Babuli Mohapatra (B.1980), and Bipin Sahoo (B.1980) for now.
