Purna Chandra Sahoo, an 80-year-old artisan from Katapalli, migrated from Tarbha village in the Sonepur district with his family to become bell metal craft cutters. Although he has worked for a long time, Purna Chandra has been actively creating since 1995 due to various reasons.
