Meet Dr. Reema, a researcher and writer working across visual culture, the ethnography of art, and South Asian art practices.

Originally from Kerala and currently based in Goa, Reema joins the OCO Residency Programme to engage with the Dhokra craft community of Odisha. Two days into the residency, the cohort has begun sharing their practices, experiences, and perspectives across disciplines.

As the residency unfolds, she looks forward to listening to stories from the craft community, learning from their experiences, and exchanging ideas with fellow residents.
